Find your licenses
Sign in using the email supplied when your license was issued. If it was issued to another email, contact support to verify ownership; knowing a license key does not transfer the account.
Activate a website
Enter your license key in the plugin’s license settings. The plugin verifies control of your website before activation. Each active product installation uses one shared seat.
Move to a new website
Use Transfer in your plugin’s license settings when you still have the installation credentials. Otherwise deactivate the old site here and activate the new site from its plugin settings. A domain name alone cannot authorize a transfer.
Lost your key?
Open your license, then explicitly replace the key. Replacement invalidates the old key and displays the new key once. Existing activated sites keep working; deactivate any compromised site separately.
Expiry and renewals
Feature use, updates and support may have different deadlines. Your billing status is shown separately. Purchases and invoices will appear when checkout is enabled.
